Shipping policy

Processing Time Original paintings and prints are carefully prepared and typically ship within 3–5 business days of your order. During busy seasons, please allow up to 7 business days.

Custom Orders Custom oil paintings require additional drying time before they can be safely shipped. Please allow 1–2 weeks of drying time after completion before your custom oil painting ships. I will notify you once your piece is on its way.

How I Package Your Art

I may reuse packaging materials when they're in good condition, it's better for the planet and reduces waste.

Original Paintings — Each original oil, acrylic, or watercolor painting is wrapped in non-stick material, cushioned with foam or bubble wrap, and packed in a rigid box to protect against impact during transit. Specified rolled artwork is shipped in sturdy tubes and/or boxes.

Giclée Prints — Smaller prints ship flat in rigid mailers with cardboard backing. Larger prints are carefully rolled and shipped in sturdy tubes.

Domestic Shipping (USA) I ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size and weight. Tracking information is provided for every order.

International Shipping I ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days). I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Damage in Transit I take every precaution to ensure your artwork arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and artwork immediately and contact me within 48 hours at taisiia.richards@gmail.com. I will work with you to resolve the issue.
