Refund policy

Original Paintings Original paintings may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in their original, undamaged condition. To initiate a return, please contact me at taisiia.richards@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the piece. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damage upon Arrival If your painting arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. I will file a claim with the carrier and work with you toward a resolution, which may include a partial or full refund.

Custom Orders I paint until you are satisfied. I accept edits and corrections before the custom painting is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the final result, I will refund you or start over.

All shipped custom orders are final sale, no returns or exchanges. Because custom artwork is created specifically for you, I'm unable to accept returns once the piece is completed.

Giclée Prints Prints may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they arrive in their original, undamaged condition. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the print is received and inspected.

Note: I do not accept returns on prints that have been framed, mounted, or altered in any way.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed as work on your order may have already begun.
